Because We as Americans seem to have such short attention spans, I wouldn,t recommend the book to those like myself who don’t need the “numbers” as proof, but the book is considerate and goes above and beyond to show you the truth with stats, charts, graphs etc…to back it up.

Other than that it is a very good read regarding the subject!

Food Inc. is both captivating and horrifying. This eye opening adventure simply and without malice exposes the modern food industry in America. It is essential viewing for any health-conscious individual. WARNING – do your shopping before you read this book. I went to the store after and came home with one organic zucchini and a cup of yogurt.

The DVD along with this book are excellent. They should be required viewing/reading for everyone. I find it amazing how so many people aren’t paying attention to where their food comes from. Be informed–a MUST HAVE FOR ALL!
