When I first ordered the book,”The Power of a Praying Woman and Study Guide.” when I received it I realized that I also needed the actual book. I was eagered to start reading the book so I ordered it right away. To my surprise, I received it within a week. I was glad that I ordered the wrong book first. Otherwise, I would not have ordered the study guide. It is very beneficial with the book.(I received both books within a week after ordering them.) I recommend these books to anyone woman who desires to increase their prayer life and a closer relationship with God through studying the Word of God. Reading the book and answering the questions in the study guide after each chapter by backing it up with the word of God is really inspirational and gives you a better understanding of His Word and yourself.

The video series really follws the book pretty much word for word, so if you’ve read the book it’s a good reveiw. The workbook that goes with the series takes your class further into the word revealing support for each topic. A worthy investment.

This book is so good that I’ve worn it down from reading it like a reference book. RIght now I am leading a womens group on this book and it is so empowering and uplifting. This author knows how to make learning how to pray exciting. She uses her life experiences to enhance most chapters. She has skillfully put together a book that is a must for Christian woman no matter where they are on their journey.
