Communication Theories: Origins, Methods, and Uses in the Mass Media

Book was old and in bad shape. Still the book has the information that I needed.
Rating: 2 / 5
It provides a thoughtful review of communication theories (both critical and effects tradition) starting with Shannon and Weaver to Internet studies. The book also provides a chapter in communication methods, media conglomerates, and regulations. Too much better and less biased than Media and Society of Crouteau and MediaMaking from Grossberg.
