According to the paper, the meaning of accuracy best presented in intellectual history is the possibility of building theoretical systems of some perfect models comprising abstract frames of variables and of ties between those variables, from which most or all offers regarding particular ties can be concluded. In this respect, the natural sciences do not differ from the social ones, because such relations cannot be traced in some of the natural sciences, in some points in biology for example, but it can be easily traced in economics, for instance. Taking into consideration this fact, it cannot be stated that the natural sciences are really superior as compared to the social ones taking into consideration the factor at hand.
The vision of the author in measurability of phenomenon is that there exists no way of judging if non-quantifiable factors are more widespread in nature or society. In this respect, no superiority or inferiority aspect regarding this quest between the social and the natural sciences can be spoken about.
Regarding the matter of constancy of numerical relationships, it goes without saying that these are natural sciences which are in advantage in comparison with the social ones. This is so because those in the natural sciences, there is such a permanent law and figures that can never be altered in any way. On the contrary, speaking about social sciences there exist no such permanent laws or figures to assist and augment the agglomeration of knowledge in its attempt. This is because in real life nothing is permanent but constantly changing, and it is due to this essence of the social world that permanency is far from being ever achieved.
