I order the Public Speaking Handbook 2nd Edition My SpeechLab Series…I had ordered a cheaper book from another dealer who did not have the book in stock, so I decided to order directly from Amazon, paying the extra cost to get the SpeechLab, since my instructor gave it rave reviews. Unfortunately, the SpeechLab access code did not come with my book. Amazon offered to refund me the cost of the book if I returned the book…this was not an option since my class had already started. They gave me a $6.50 discount for my next order…which doesn’t cover the cost of the SpeechLab or my troubles. I wish that they would remove the MySpeechLab Series it is very misleading, especially when I could have purchased a cheaper book that clearly advertised NO SpeechLab.

This book laid out all the expectations for giving a speech. It was easy to read and to understand. If you have not a clue on how to give a speech, this book will guide you with the How To. I also liked the examples provided, they help a lot.
